Service Agreement and User Responsibilities
By using EasyMode AI’s operations automation services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our operations experts build automated systems for lead generation, project management, hiring, CRM, and other business processes. You are responsible for providing accurate business information and granting necessary access to your systems and tools. You must ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Any misuse of our services for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes will result in immediate service termination. You retain full responsibility for all business decisions and customer interactions that result from the systems we build for you.
Project Management and Information Collection
We collect and process business information through our Taiga project management system to provide effective service, including project details, workflows, integration credentials, and operational data. This information is used to build custom automation systems, track project progress, and provide status updates. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services effectively, including your business processes, tool integrations, and system configurations. All project data and automation configurations are stored securely and used solely for service delivery and improvement. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. You maintain access to all your project information and can request data exports or deletion at any time.
Privacy Protection and Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your business data and project information. Your project data is encrypted during transmission and storage, with access limited to authorized personnel only. We maintain compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industry best practices for data protection. We regularly update our security protocols and conduct audits to ensure the highest level of data protection. In the event of any security incident, we will notify you promptly and take immediate corrective action. Your Taiga board and all project information are protected with secure access controls, and you can manage permissions for your team members.
Service Modifications and Updates
- We continuously improve our automation systems with new features, enhanced capabilities, and better integration options
- Service updates may include improvements to system automation, workflow optimization, and integration capabilities
- Major changes to our service terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email notification
- Pricing changes will be provided with 60 days notice, and existing customers will have the option to maintain current rates for the duration of their contract period
- Technical improvements and bug fixes are implemented automatically to ensure optimal service performance
Service Limitations and Liability
While our operations experts build comprehensive automation systems, you maintain the right to review, modify, and approve all systems before deployment. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue impacts. Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid, and we are not responsible for lost business opportunities, market conditions, or other indirect damages. We provide revision services until you are 100% satisfied with deliverables. You acknowledge that automation is a tool that requires proper integration with your business, and you accept responsibility for implementing and managing the systems we build.
Contract Terms and Cancellation Policy
Service subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled or paused at any time without penalty. You may cancel with one click or pause your subscription for up to 6 months while maintaining your project data and automation configurations. Upon cancellation, all your project data, automation systems, and documentation will be made available for download indefinitely. No setup fees are charged, and you only pay for the months you use our service. If you choose to pause your subscription, your Taiga board and all project information remain accessible when you resume.
